Champagne Michel Falmet

Conservation Tips

To keep the effervescence and flavor of your champagne, here are some conservation rules.

  • Keep the champagne in a cool and dark place.
  • The bottle must be lying.
  • You can keep your champagne several years at home. It will naturally evolve to more mature flavors but still will delight the palates of the connoisseurs.
  • After a stay in the refrigerator, it should be served chilled but not frozen.
  • The flavors of champagne are fully expressed between 10 and 12°C.

Did you know ?

For your Champagne’s aromas to fully express themselves, it is better to taste it in a champagne flute rather than in a champagne coupe.

« Our champagnes can all be enjoyed upon purchase, however, be sure to let them rest a few days before opening after a long road trip. »
